Swim and Sweat Shows is thrilled to reveal its official new venue for the 2025 season—the legendary Mondrian South Beach Hotel. Overlooking the dazzling waters of Biscayne Bay, this upscale waterfront destination will feature cutting-edge runway shows constructed above the hotel’s famed pool deck, offering a one-of-a-kind fashion spectacle.
Global top-tier designers will unveil their newest swim and resort collections in this idyllic setting, where haute couture meets Miami’s iconic scenery.
While The Mondrian will be the main stage for runway events, attendees can also enjoy a vibrant lineup of satellite happenings and VIP experiences throughout Miami Beach and beyond during the week.

Swim and Sweat Shows – The Shows 2025, the leading swim and resort wear event, makes its highly anticipated return to Miami Beach from May 28 to June 1, 2025, hosted at the iconic Mondrian South Beach.
